[필리핀] 6.6 magnitude earthquake, 4 volcanoes in alert level 1, all in 24 hours

 필리핀정부는 하루 만에 기록적인 자연 재해를 겪을 수 있습니다. 진도 6.6의 지진이 Masbate를 강타하여 많은 피해를 입혔으며 24시간 이내 5건의 재난이 있을 수 있다고 20일 밝혔다.

The Philippines has to deal with natural calamities and today was considerably record-breaking. Within 24 hours, five calamities were recorded by national agencies. First, there was the Masbate quake, which was recorded at a 6.6 magnitude, causing a lot of damage and even took lives. Then there were the four active volcanoes, which the Philippines Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) recorded and tagged as Alert Level 1. For Taal, five volcanic earthquakes were recorded. For Kanlaon, there were four volcanic earthquakes. For Mayon, there was a rockfall even with white steam-laden plumes.
